Isaac Sandoval is a seasoned real estate advisor with over 12 years of experience specializing in investment and development projects along the East Coast. With roots in his family’s real estate business and a background in finance, Isaac brings a rare blend of strategic insight and capital expertise to every client engagement.
As a Certified Fund Manager with the American Association of Private Lenders (AAPL), he helps investors and developers structure deals from start to finish—navigating acquisitions, financing, and exit strategies with precision. His advisory approach begins with understanding client goals and extends through execution, leveraging a deep network and tailored strategies to unlock opportunities others might overlook.
Isaac has worked across brokerage, lending, development, and equity raising, giving him a holistic view of the industry and the ability to resolve complex challenges. He currently serves on the boards of the Tysons Regional Chamber of Commerce and the International Real Estate Association for Professionals, and previously held the role of Treasurer for the Salvadoran American Chamber of Commerce.
