Juan was terrific to work with and gave me so much patience as we looked at several properties over the summer into the fall, when I finally found the one! His contractor background was a bonus as he pointed out things in a home I should be leery of and on the flip side, gave me a realistic vision of the realm of possibilities in a future home. He knew all the appropriate questions to ask when I didn’t. I felt taken care of by Juan. Like this guy has got my best interest at heart and not just trying to sell me like another desperate person would. Highly recommend!
