Isaac Sandoval is a seasoned real estate advisor with over 12 years of experience specializing in investment and new development projects along the East Coast. As a Certified Fund Manager with the American Association of Private Lenders (AAPL), he helps investors and developers structure deals from start to finish—navigating acquisitions, financing, and exit strategies with precision. Isaac has worked across brokerage, lending, development, and equity raising, giving him a holistic view of the industry and the ability to resolve complex challenges. He currently serves on the boards of the Tysons Regional Chamber of Commerce and the International Real Estate Association for Professionals, and previously held the role of Treasurer for the Salvadoran American Chamber of Commerce.
